Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@huxleyblythe.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with full instructions on how and where to send your package. We offer free returns on all orders, regardless of your location.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@huxleyblythe.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.
EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. Your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at info@huxleyblythe.com to initiate the process.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
